We are a family of 5, and our kids loved to stay in this hotel. It’s perfect for families that are starting skiing, because the ski school is 2m walking. It has all the facilities kids need to spend time after ski classes and they had 5 incredible days! The meals are perfect and adapted to kids and adults. The team in the hotel was super friendly. Everything went perfect!
I was the guest in their cafe, ordered hot chocolate with whipped cream and I got a hot drink with water and rum, no chocolate and no whipped cream. The waither said it was not his fault, it was a coffee machine. They didn't offer anything else and they charged us for this terrible service!

that was our 8th time in Kärtherthof. For years we came du to Family friendliness of the hotel, but now kids are grown up. Still we enjoy the Family managed hotel with the excellent cuisine.
